By the time I finally gave up, I wound up reinstalling Windows! THEN, I received a renewal notice in my email inbox! When talking to them, of course none of the problems are caused by their software. I actually got one of my 'call backs' well after we had gone to bed! Their idea of customer support is that you can sit on the phone, literally for hours, or you can wait even longer for a technician to call you back. I called, "Customer Support", for help in fixing it. I bought Iolo System Mechanic several weeks ago.
